The problem

We were originally using DocuSign for our signature needs. However, we encountered issues where DocuSign was unwilling to work with our firm's needs in terms of providing an adequate price guide or signature options. Annature has allowed us to send documents for signing directly to our customers' mobile phones, which is especially useful for clients who check their mobile more often than their emails. The easy-to-use dashboard enables our admin team to manage the status of documents all in one place.

The solution

Annature has provided a more flexible software solution with pricing options that allow us to pay for each document as needed, as well as a simple contract option where we can just pay the difference if we exceed our usage. It also offers the ability to send documents for signing via text message, which is great for clients who check their mobile phones more frequently than their emails.
