Describe the problem your business faced around getting documents signed

We were originally using DocuSign for our signature needs; however, we came across issues where DocuSign was not willing to work with our firms needs to provide an adequate price guide or signature options. When we contacted Annature, we spoke with Corey who was able to explain everything promptly and efficiently and gave the best option for our small firm.

Annature has allowed us to send documents for signing to our customer's mobile phones, which is extremely useful for some clients who we know check their mobile more often than emails. The easy-to-use dashboard allows our admin team to manage where documents are at all in one place.

How has Annature helped to provide a solution to those problems?

Annature has provided a more flexible software, with pricing options that allows us to pay for each document as we go, as well as a simple contract option, which if we go over our usage, we can just pay the difference. They also provided us with the option to send documents for signing via text message, which is useful for clients who we know check their mobile more often than emails.

What has been the outcome since adopting Annature and what has the feedback been both internally and externally?

The process of moving to Annature from DocuSIgn was extremely smooth and simple. Corey was able to provide me with a quote within a day or requesting one, which meant we were able to transition to Annature almost immediately.

Our admin team is now running smoothly again and can send as many documents as they want, and we are not limited. Annature is incredibly easy to use for our staff, and for our clients when signing, we've had absolutely no complaints or issues from our clients.
