Describe the problem your business faced when getting documents signed?

There are a couple of problems that we were facing with getting documents signed manually, sometimes the file doesn’t open (not supported), sometimes the client printer doesn’t print clearly. Also when the client sign and return the handwriting is not always clear and sometimes the client doest check what they scan.

For the other eSignature solutions I found, they were inconvenient, since you are locked in to a monthly plan and sometimes client’s email address could be locked the reason is that he has used another provider who uses the same signature platform where something went wrong with the client email address.
