What challenges did you face in your organisation?

To streamline their document signing process and improve operational efficiency, Cherrie Civil Engineering adopted an Australian-made eSigning platform. This shift to digital signatures has significantly simplified their workflows and enabled faster approvals.

"We primarily use it for contracts, HR letters, credit applications—basically anything that needs a signature," says Lisa Jones, Office Administrator at Cherrie Civil Engineering. "The simplicity of the platform is what stands out to us. There are so many programs out there that are complicated and hard to navigate, but this one is incredibly user-friendly. It's straightforward and easy to use, which is exactly what we were looking for."

The ability to send documents for signature electronically has been a game-changer for the team, especially when key personnel are offsite.

"Often, I need a manager or director to sign something, but they're not in the office for the week," Lisa explains. "With the eSigning platform, I can still get it signed the same day. It's made the whole process so much more efficient. We're not waiting around for signatures anymore; everything moves faster."

Cherrie Civil Engineering has integrated the eSigning platform into their procedures for purchasing and other workflows, involving more users across the company.

"We've embedded it into our processes, so several team members now use it as part of their routine," Lisa notes. "The search function is also very helpful. It's easy to find exactly what you're looking for without any hassle. The simplicity of the interface means that even those who aren't tech-savvy can navigate it without any issues."

How has Annature improved your processes?

The SMS feature and two-step authentication have added extra layers of convenience and security.

"The SMS notifications are great because they allow people to sign documents on their devices while they're out and about," Lisa says. "Most of our team is often on-site or traveling between projects, so being able to sign on the go is incredibly convenient. The two-step authentication provides that extra security, which is important for certain documents. It gives us and our clients peace of mind knowing that the process is secure and trustworthy."

Tracking the status of documents has become simpler as well.

"We can see exactly where a contract is at and who it's sitting with for signature without having to call multiple people to figure it out," Lisa shares. "The automatic reminders are also a big help. They prompt subcontractors or anyone else who needs to sign, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. It's streamlined our follow-up process significantly."

Overall, the adoption of the eSigning platform has led to increased efficiency and satisfaction for both the team and their clients.

"We haven't had any issues with it at all," Lisa concludes. "It's made our operations smoother and more efficient. The simplicity and ease of use are exactly what we needed. We're very happy with how it's working for us. It's one less thing we have to worry about, and we can focus more on delivering quality projects for our clients."
