As a financial & accounting firm, we have many time-critical documents that need to be actioned by clients/banks/solicitors, etc as soon as possible. We have clients all up and down the east coast - Townsville to Hobart and having to rely on postal mail was very time consuming and also ran the risk of the documents not being delivered or worse, falling into the wrong hands.
We moved to Annature in 2020 amid the COVID pandemic. Moving to an eSign platform has eased the restraints of working from home, by being able to hold client meetings virtually and with the click of a button send the clients their documents so they can be reviewed and signed. Without Annature we would not have been able to provide clients with the Financials & Tax Returns for the 2020 financial year in such an efficient manner.
The biggest outcome/achievement our firm has seen since moving to Annature would be that we found Annature to be extremely user-friendly, which for Cutcher & Neale is very important for our clients. It has eased the transition for an office that holds a lot of face-to-face meetings to be able to move every element online.
The feedback from both staff and clients is that they found Annature efficient and love the text message signing capability. We have a large client base that works in the medical and manufacturing industries, so they are not always able to stay on top of their emails. Having the text message notifications come through allows them to acknowledge the message instantly and complete it as soon as possible, rather than having to check their inbox for an email.
