The problem

As a financial and accounting firm, we handle many time-sensitive documents that require prompt action from clients, banks, solicitors, and other stakeholders. Our clients are spread across the east coast, from Townsville to Hobart, and relying on postal mail was both time-consuming and risky. Delays in delivery, lost documents, and the potential for sensitive information falling into the wrong hands posed significant challenges.

The solution

We transitioned to Annature in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Moving to an eSigning platform removed the constraints of remote work, allowing us to conduct virtual client meetings and send documents for review and signing at the click of a button. Without Annature, we would not have been able to provide our clients with financial statements and tax returns for the 2020 financial year as efficiently as we did.
