The problem
We found that for many documents, asking clients to print, sign, and scan them back was limited to those who had the skill set, inclination, and/or technology to do so.
The solution
We quickly realized that electronic signing was the way to move forward. We tried several electronic signing platforms; however, they were clunky, and we ended up spending more time training people on how to sign than we did with the original method. We switched to Annature because it’s a local company, includes SMS capabilities, and is easy to use.
The outcome
Feedback from both team members and clients has been excellent! We find that more documents are signed without the need for manual follow-up, and our administration time within the firm and client service delivery has improved since using Annature.
