Proudly located in Toowoomba, Queensland, we’ve operated as an independent professional CPA accounting firm since 1982. Our team, comprising four accountants and administrative support, began using Annature in May 2022. We now send 800+ ‘envelopes’ for eSigning each year.
In the early days of our firm, it was necessary to print out full financials, package these up and send them in the mail to be signed and returned. We evolved from this manual process and adopted an international eSigning provider, but its pricing was not as flexible and cost-effective as initially advertised.

We’ve also found that Annature works effortlessly with other cloud-based software that we use in-house, including Xero and FYI. For example, after sending a form for signing directly from FYI, it is automatically logged in the client’s file, representing another added efficiency.
