The problem

As a business we have been doing in-home sales for 20 years. Upon the customer signing up for a new kitchen our designers were then required to print out two copies of our 16 page contracts, including plans. This was taking up to 40 minutes each appointment to print and have signed. Additionally, if there were changes after we had already printed the documents we would then have to print them all over again!

We needed a secure digital contract solution that could be signed and finalised while we were face to face in the customer's home.
