Describe the problem your business faced around getting documents signed
Our work involves seeking client approvals across multiple business divisions, using a variety sign off documents which over time have deviated away from our brand guidelines.
The other problem we faced is that our client approval process with a very manual process, with clients having to print, sign, and then scan approvals back for works to proceed. This was becoming increasingly difficult with clients working from home during the pandemic.

Adoption across our business was relatively quick, with all staff trained up in the system in under four weeks. The feedback from clients and internal staff members has been extremely positive. Additionally, the public API allows us to track all sign off amounts within our proprietary data analytics platform.
