Gagandeep Singh, Chartered Accountant and Founding Director at Renaissance Partners, established his innovative accounting and advisory practice in Melbourne with a vision of delivering modern, streamlined services.

Clients now sign documents instantly on their smartphones during calls, reducing signing delays dramatically," Gagandeep highlights. This streamlined approach saves his practice around $1,000 each month in time alone.

Annature’s intuitive dashboard and automated reminders further enhanced efficiency. "The automatic reminders and real-time document tracking have drastically reduced administrative overhead," Gagandeep shares. "Instead of spending hours tracking down unsigned documents, we can instantly view status updates, saving several hours each week."

The use of document templates provided another vital benefit, significantly speeding up client onboarding processes. "We use templates extensively for client onboarding and ATO authorisations. It saves substantial time per client," Gagandeep notes.

The outcome

Client satisfaction has noticeably improved, with many requesting electronic signatures by preference. "Our clients appreciate the convenience, and it's simplified the entire experience," Gagandeep says.
