With a proud, 45-year history in the Toowoomba region and beyond, we provide high level business advice and services to a broad range of clients across many industries. While primarily an accounting and financial planning firm, our service offering also includes business advisory,SMSF compliance and broking.
Prior to implementing Annature, we sent all documents by email or post to be wet signed and returned. As we are licensed through Count Financial Limited, we learned about Annature through the Count network, and were impressed by its cost effectiveness, ease of use and the readily available support team. We signed up to Annature two years ago (beginning with our financial planning team) and haven’t looked back
Within our financial planning team, we use Annature to send all documentation that can be signed electronically - amounting to thousands of envelopes sent each year. This has reduced turnaround time on getting documents back from clients by over 50%, which is a massive and valuable time saving for us. Thanks to Annature’s automated reminders, we also don’t spend unnecessary time following up with clients to sign.
Annature has also streamlined how we send Statements of Advice and Records of Advice. Anything that we send via email has to be password protected. To save a step, if we’re sending documents to be signed via Annature, we can also add the Statement of Advice or Record of Advice, as it’s securely encrypted. After clients sign, they also automatically receive a copy, which is another important time-saver for us internally.
While individual teams within Robertson Scannell have different uses for Annature, everyone loves its streamlined design and functionality - for example, text fields that allow clients to search for answers to common questions, or the ability to drag and drop multiple documents. Our team spans several generations, with some more technologically savvy than others, and everyone agrees Annature is a breeze to use.
