What problems did you face around getting documents signed?
Super Advisor specialises in the administration and compliance of Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Many of our clients are in the mature age bracket or retired, and often did not have access to a scanner or a printer.
This meant we were constantly chasing up the return of paper documents and having delays due to postal services, particularly when signatures were required from multiple people at different locations. This problem was exasperated when our retirees were enjoying their time travelling, and unable to access the time critical documents.
How were eSignatures received by your clients and staff?
Our clients have loved using Annature due to how much time it saves them. They can simply open their emails and sign electronically wherever they are in the world.
This has saved our staff a huge amount of time as we are no longer printing and scanning documents, or needing to chase our clients for a signature. The automatic reminders feature of Annature has been an enormous timesaver.
How has the amount of time saved helped your organisation?
We've been able to use the time saved to have staff members be more productive in other areas of the business and focus on delivering value to our clients.
