Australian eSigning innovator Annature today announced a significant milestone in its partnership with Australia’s largest bookkeeping franchise, First Class Accounts. Since First Class Accounts adopted Annature as its preferred eSigning and ID verification partner in August 2021, over 30 franchisees in its national network have now adopted the technology for their practices.
These franchisees deploy Annature’s secure and efficient digital signing solutions every day, including for completing clients’ prepayment agreements and business activity statements (BAS). First Class Accounts also uses the technology internally to onboard new franchisees, renew agreements, circulate changes to HR policies for eSigning, and more.
Annature’s ID verification solution has also been widely adopted by the network, as it directly addresses the core challenge of safely and accurately identifying clients. This new solution provides a more secure, user-friendly way of viewing and verifying client documents, ensuring accountants and bookkeepers comply with Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) guidelines.
