Prior to implementing Annature, managers’ rosters and other important documents were printed and signed on paper, which sometimes required managers to come into the restaurant on their day off. Additionally, our Letters of Offer to new employees were previously sent as a Word doc template with limited user-friendliness. By making these Letters of Offer available as a template within Annature, we saved valuable time and minimised the risk of error or incomplete fields.
