Describe the problem your business faced around getting documents signed

The challenge we faced was finding an electronic signing process that linked into document management systems. It had to be easy for our clients to use on the front-end and efficient for us to manage filing on the back-end.

We used a combination of Xero sign for tax documents and Adobe for everything else and it was frustrating having two different programs for the same outcomes. Annature solves this by linking in with or document manage system so now every document is signed through Annature.

We love the simplicity of the system. Our clients are able to securely sign documents and return them to us. We have an enormous efficiency gain getting the simplest of documents reviewed and signed.
