"We needed a solution that would allow us to get service agreements signed before seeing our clients," says Sheridan Wicks, Paediatric Occupational Therapist and Allied Health Manager at Thrive Medical. "Previously, we had to wait for people to come into the clinic to sign documents by hand, and then we had to scan them into their files. It was time-consuming and often led to delays and inefficiencies."

By implementing the eSigning platform, Thrive Medical has been able to expedite the signing process, making it more convenient for both the clinic and their patients.

"Having the ability to send agreements electronically has been incredibly helpful," Sheridan explains. "Not only does it save time, but it also ensures that we have all the necessary documentation in place before appointments. This is crucial for billing purposes and helps us maintain an organised workflow."

"With signed service agreements in advance, clients are more likely to turn up for their appointments," Sheridan notes. "This has helped us make better use of our allocated time slots. It's improved our efficiency from the practice's side of things and has streamlined our administrative tasks."

The clinic has also found the platform user-friendly and appreciates the features that enhance their operations. "The process of sending envelopes is straightforward, and having the agreements returned as PDFs makes record-keeping much easier," Sheridan adds. "We can see that we could utilise the platform even more by uploading additional templates for consent forms and other important documents. It's a tool that definitely has room to grow with us."

"Knowing that we have unlimited support at our fingertips is reassuring," Sheridan says. "The team has been responsive to our needs, and we appreciate features like automatic reminders, which we recently enabled to prompt clients to sign outstanding documents.
